Hwang Inseong is a well-known top player in Europe. He participated in almost all major European tournaments since 2005 and is currently the number one in the European Go Rating, take a look at his impressive player's card on EGD. He has not only a good performance as a player but also huge experience as a teacher and commentator. Coming from a Korean yunguseng academy he had certainly one of the toughest and best education in the game of Go.
